The ingredients needed to prepare Rice Halva:

  1. Use of Cooked white rice 1 cup - blend into paste.
  2. Use 1/2 cup of Sugar.
  3. Use 1/4 cup of Ghee.
  4. You need 1 pinch of Salt.
  5. Prepare of Few drops lemon juice.
  6. Use of Roasted cahew nuts.
  7. Take of Orange/yellow color few drops - food coloring (optional).

Instructions to make Rice Halva:

  1. Blend cooked rice into a thick smooth paste. Keep aside.
  2. Add ghee in non stick pan. Roast cashew nut. Keep aside..
  3. Add rice paste in the same pan. Keep stirring for 5 minutes. Add color. Add ghee. Add sugar. Add lemon juice. Keep stirring untill the consistency change into a semi transparent and thicker. Add cashew. Pour into mold or flat plate. Let it cool completely before cutting/serving..
