Stir it add salt now add chop tomatoes and stir well at last add curd stir it until ghee comes out add garam masala stir it well now in non stick pan 1st layer of mixer of vegetables 2nd layer of boiled rice again veg layer upper side boiled rice cover lid and cook 5 mins on gas for slow flame open lid garnish with Coriander leaves and cashunuts fried so it's ready to serve with boondi or pineapple raita..
