  1. Take 1 of large pack center cut pork chops.
  2. Take of Olive oil to coat pan.
  3. Provide of Sprinkle black pepper.
  4. Take of Sprinkle oregano.
  5. Take 1 of green pepper, sliced.
  6. Prepare 2 of onions, sliced.
  7. Take 6 cloves of garlic, minced.
  8. Take 1 can of beef broth (14 ounce).
  9. Prepare 2 tablespoons of corn starch (heaping).

  1. Rinse and pat dry your pork chops, set off to the side.......
